How to tie a bow on your fabric gift bag

  • Step 1

    Create an X

  • Step 2

    Loop the top ribbon under the bottom

  • Step 3

    Create a loop on the bottom ribbon

  • Step 4

    Fold the top ribbon over the loop and through the hole.  This step creates the center of the bow so try to keep it neat!

  • Step 5

    Pull both sides of the ribbon taut and adjust until both sides are even

  • Step 6

    Viola! That's a wrap!

Quickly Re-Thread Your Fabric Gift Bag, it's as easy as 1-2-3!

  • Step 1

    Use a stick, pencil, pen, or wooden dowel and tape the ribbon on the end of it.

  • Step 2

    Thread the ribbon through the front seam (right to left in the video), then through the back seam.

  • Step 3

    Repeat Step 2 with the other ribbon. Thread the ribbon through the front seam (left to right), then through the back seam.

    Hold both ends of the first ribbon as you're pulling the 2nd ribbon through so it doesn’t come out of the seams.
