Where do you ship?

We are proud to offer free standard shipping to all of our customers within the United States! Your order will ship within 2-4 business days of when you submit your order. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.

How do I determine the best size for my gift?

What materials are your gift bags made with?

Our gift bags are made with either 100% cotton or 100% polyester. The polyester weave makes them durable and more resistant to stains and wrinkles - you will see this most in our Birthday and Holiday prints. Many of our Baby Shower prints however, are made with cotton which has a warmer, earthy feel to it. It’s what we used on our first prints and what you all told us you loved - so we kept them around!

Can I buy individual gift bags?

At this time we are only selling our gift bags in their original packs in order to keep our prices low and our quality high.

How do I care for my Gather & Knot product?

Gather & Knot gift bags are machine washable. We recommend using a delicate cycle on cold and laying flat to dry. The cotton bags can be ironed under direct heat, however our polyester bags can only be ironed on a low to medium setting and preferably with a cloth in between to avoid melting.

What do I do if the ribbon becomes unthreaded?

If ever want to change the color of the ribbon/rope, or even accidentally pulled it out of the bag, rethreading it is as easy as 1-2-3! Head to the How To page for more info.

What is your return policy?

We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of.

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit

We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. Read more here.

Do you sell wholesale?
